From 07th Oct to 14th Oct 2021, Healthcare Sector Skill Council organized the "Training of Assessor" Program by the online medium. Many Assessment Agencies nominated their candidates for this program to become certified Field Assessors. The motive of the ToA Program was not only limited to certifying the candidates as Field assessors but also helping them to be well versed with the new Skill India Portal’s objectives, functionality, and Quality Assurance in the assessment. Along with theory proper practical assessment was also conducted on 24th Oct 2022 at DPMI (Delhi Paramedical and Management Institute), Patna, Bihar. Practical assessment is more valuable than theory in the healthcare sector to identify the capabilities of the assessor so that if certified the sector skill council would know that the assessments will be fair and the assessed candidates have been given appropriate and accurate results.
